It’s usually associated with the place you enter the Internet, like your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or your school. When you visit pages on our Website, our servers log your IP address. We collect IP addresses for a variety of internal purposes, such as system administration and to keep track of the number of visits to different pages on the Service.

- Using or causing to be used TCA computer systems to facilitate the transmission of unsolicited or unauthorized material. This includes any promotional materials, URLs, “junk mail,” “chain letters,” “pyramid schemes,” or any other form of unauthorized solicitation that you may upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available.
- Using “robots” or otherwise harvesting other’s email addresses from a TCA site for purposes of sending unsolicited or unauthorized material.
- Uploading, posting, emailing, or transmitting the same message, URL, or post multiple times.
- Disrupting the normal flow of dialogue, or causing the screen to “scroll” faster than other users of the service are able to type, or otherwise acting in a manner that negatively affects other users’ ability to engage in real-time exchanges.
Certain Services may have additional spam guidelines explaining appropriate conduct for those services. Those additional policies are incorporated by reference into this Spam Policy. It is the user’s responsibility to check each property’s guidelines for additional details regarding spam.
Violations of our Terms of Service or this Universal Spam Policy may result in legal action against you and the termination, without notice, of your Login ID and/or anything associated with it, including, but not limited to, email accounts, clubs, posts, home pages, and profiles. Nothing in this policy is intended to grant any right to transmit email to or through TCA computer systems. We do not waive any rights by the failure to enforce this policy in every instance in which it might apply.
NOTICE: Sending unsolicited email advertisements to or through TCA computer systems will use or cause to be used TCA servers. Any unauthorized use of TCA computer systems is a violation of these Terms of Service and certain federal and state laws, including the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. § 1030 et seq.). Such violations may subject the sender and his or her agents to civil and criminal penalties.

- 8. Consent to Processing in the United States.
- 9. Notification of Changes.
- We reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, discontinue, enhance, add or remove any portion of the Service, or any provision of the Agreement, in whole or in part, at any time. Changes to the Agreement will be effective when posted. Without obligation to do so, we may also notify you of such changes through messaging on the Service. You nevertheless agree to periodically review the copies of the Agreement posted on the Service so that you are aware of any changes. Your continued use of the Service in any way after any changes to the Agreement or the Service are made or posted will be considered acceptance of those changes and will constitute your agreement to be bound thereby.
